Being well prepared and understanding our process, (made available to those in Edmonton, Alberta and its surrounding areas), will ensure you are aware of the details involved in producing only the finest window treatments, solidifying your white glove experience.
Step 1 – Discovery
We want to understand your big picture. Before you even arrive for a consultation with our team, we will ask you to send us via email, any and all inspiration you may have collected. This could be anything from pictures and pins of designs that you like, swatches, designs and color samples that will all help us understand in depth, the aesthetic you are looking to achieve in each room of your home. We have created a handy checklist that you can download here to make sure you’ve sent us everything required for a smooth first consult such as window and wall measurements, number of rooms in your home and other details.
Step 2 – One-on-One Consultation
We welcome you to our showroom (by appointment only at this time), conveniently located just northwest of downtown Edmonton. Together, we’ll review fabrics that align with your home’s palette and design. We’ll look at sample books, swatches and discuss best ideas for achieving your vision. Using your measurements, we’ll be able to provide you with a quote.
Step 3 – Site Visit
We will come to your home and take precise measurements prior to installation.
Step 4 – Preparation
We will prepare your order. As Canada’s largest and most trusted drapery manufacturer, our technicians and seamstresses are in house. This means we are able to create and tailor as required, without having to send your draperies or curtains away for any alterations. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready, to book an installation appointment.
Step 5 – Installation
We deliver and install your window treatments. Part of our beautiful execution is the excellent installation. Our experienced installers are patient and take the time to ensure things are done properly the first time. Installation is a very important part of our process. Using our own installation team ensures we control the quality of your experience. You enjoy getting to live in luxury, benefiting from utmost control of light and privacy within your home and a polished, professional finish to your window treatments, upgrading your home’s overall style and design.
Step 6 – Follow Up
Within 3 weeks, we will contact you to ensure all products are functioning to your utmost satisfaction and ask you for a review of your experience.
