Our Work Step-By-Step

Step 1 – Discovery

We want to understand your big picture. Before you even arrive for a consultation with our team, we will ask you to send us via email, any and all inspiration you may have collected. This could be anything from pictures and pins of designs that you like, swatches, designs and color samples that will all help us understand in depth, the aesthetic you are looking to achieve in each room of your home. We have created a handy checklist that you can download here to make sure you’ve sent us everything required for a smooth first consult such as window and wall measurements, number of rooms in your home and other details.

 

Step 2 – One-on-One Consultation

We welcome you to our showroom conveniently located just northwest of downtown Edmonton. Together, we’ll review fabrics that align with your home’s palette and design. We’ll look at sample books, swatches and discuss best ideas for achieving your vision. Using your measurements, we’ll be able to provide you with a quote.

Step 3 – Site Visit

We will schedule a home visit to take accurate measurements before installation and confirm your fabric choice.

Step 4 – Preparation

We’ll handle the preparation of your order. As one of Edmonton’s premier and most reputable drapery manufacturers, our in-house technicians and seamstresses allow us to custom-create and tailor your draperies or curtains without the need to send them out for alterations. Once your order is ready, we’ll promptly reach out to you to schedule an installation appointment.

Step 5 – Installation

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ll be in touch to verify that all products and services are performing to your highest expectations and invite you to share your valuable feedback on your experience after completion.

Step 6 – Follow Up

Within 3 weeks, we will contact you to ensure all products are functioning to your utmost satisfaction and ask you for a review of your experience.
